At Eras, we believe women deserve more than a rushed, impersonal appointment. Your first visit is designed to give you space to share your story and be truly heard. After, we’ll set up up with a preventive care plan that's personalized to you.
Eras accepts most major health insurances. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE at this time.
At Eras, we approach care differently. We view women's health as a lifelong partnership, so it's essential to get to know each other.
We dedicate ample time for new patients, making your first visit a consult. This time is yours to share your story, discuss goals, and address health concerns.
Your provider will do a physical exam while walking through your health history and concerns. She will look at how everything fits together, not just one symptom.
After the visit, your team will create a preventive care plan that's personalized to you and your goals. Our care philosophy is built on three core principles: Participation, Prevention, and Personalization.
Check out our Patient-Provider Commitment. We will hand you one of these at your first visit!

Bring whatever feels helpful—there’s no “wrong” information to share. But if you’d like a starting point, here are some questions you can answer for yourself before your first visit:
What health concerns or symptoms have been bothering you most lately?
When did you first notice them?
Have they changed over time?
Have you been diagnosed with any conditions in the past?
What medications and supplements are you taking?
When was your last period?
Have your cycles been regular or irregular?
Have you experienced night sweats, mood swings, hot flashes, sleep issues or vaginal dryness? If so, when did it start?
Any changes in your periods, PMS, or menopause symptoms recently?
How is your energy level on a typical day?
Are you sleeping well?
Do you have any digestion issues, aches, or other recurring discomforts?
What are your daily habits?
How have you been feeling emotionally? Stressed? Overwhelmed?
Do you find yourself over-thinking, unable to sleep, or struggling to meet the day?
Do you notice a link between your mood and your cycle or other health changes?
What are your relationships and community like?
How would you describe your typical diet and hydration?
Are you moving your body regularly in ways you enjoy?
What kind of movement do you find works best in your lifestyle?
Any recent changes in weight, strength, or stamina?
What do you most want to change or improve about your health?
Do you have short-term goals (feeling better now) and long-term goals (healthy aging, prevention)?
Is there anything you’ve been told in the past that didn’t sit right with you, or felt incomplete?
We’ll stay connected after your visit. You can expect us to follow up with a personalized review of results within a week of your visit. We will check in, answer questions, and help you stay on track with your health. Our goal is to walk alongside you, not just treat you once and send you on your way.
